We offer next day delivery in the UAE for all orders at a cost of 25 AED.

Spend more than 270 AED? We will deliver your order for free the next day.

For all next day delivery options, please order by 4pm UAE time. .

If you order after 16:00, your order will be delivered within 2 days.

Can't bear another day without No Common Scents? Never fear! We are working on offering same day delivery. We will keep you updated. But if you need something NOW, just drop us an email and we will do our best to help you.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

At the moment, we only offer shipping within the UAE. But we know the world needs No Common Scents, so we're working hard to find the perfect logistics partner to ship our wonderful products globally.

returns & refunds

We know you will love our products as much as we do, but if there is anything wrong with your product we will come and pick this up and give you a full refund. If you have a faulty product, please email our customer service team with photos and we will help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We put a lot of love and care into our products, and once a product has been opened or tampered with we are unable to sell it again which is why we only offer returns on faulty products. We hope you understand.

If a refund is applicable, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
